As a personal trainer, exercising and eating well is a part of my every 24-hour interval. Only only because you're not in the fitness industry doesn't mean it can't be that mode for you lot, too! Here are my 5 simple tips you can comprise into your daily routine to go fit this yr.

1.) Cease Making Excuses.
